We will be the EOR (Employer of Record), but the employee will be exclusively working for you

The typical canidate will have decent experience
His/her role will be that of data entry
He/She will be an extended arm to your operations
Example will be database executive, web research, standard personalised marketing email – any simple copy/paste kind of work

The candidate here will have more responsibilities
He/She will be self correspondent and able to respond to emails, etc.
Eg: Pricing Executive, Email responses, Initial response to marketing, etc
Experienced
More experienced and able to take some level of decisions
He/she will be empowered with some decision making powers
Eg: Mid level Managers, non client facing manager – managing a team
